Human beings are made up of many layers of energy, literally. Have you ever left a party or a situation feeling drained or flat? How we interact and with others and if we are truly functioning from a place of an alignment within ourselves can determine how our energy flows. One of the ways to check yourself, to determine if what energy you are putting out, is to check your algorithm. If you are on any social media platforms it is very likely your feed includes ads and content with likeminded folks. This can come from “liking,” content that appeals to you, or what you search. Take a look, is it true? Is it negative?
Even if it is true or negative, it is never too late to change what you are putting out. Take inventory on your internal dialogue; what are you saying to yourself about yourself? You will subconsciously behave in ways that match these beliefs, with or without your permission. If this is the case, it will take a little work, but like any habit that is good for us, discipline is the key for adopting a healthier thought process.
