Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
The Anxiety & Stress Center, P.C. is a multidisciplinary, diverse group practice with an immediate part-time independent contractor position of approximately 15 hours in the Homewood, IL office. The position has significant growth potential with full time possibility. The therapist will provide services (we are doing telehealth with limited in-person services) for adults, couples, families, and adolescents. Ability to work with children is a plus. Hours will include evenings and weekend hours with some daytime availability. Strategic marketing enhances our base of consistent referrals. The Anxiety & Stress Center, P.C. has had a strong community presence since its establishment in 1992.

The therapist will provide assessments, diagnoses and treatment for a wide variety of disorders which may include, but are not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, racial discrimination/trauma, behavioral problems, loss, family transition, gender and sexual orientation diversity concerns, trauma/PTSD, and interpersonal issues. Multicultural sensitivity and competence are required to deliver quality treatment to our culturally, ethnically and socioeconomically diverse client population.
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologists or an LCSW who is looking to establish a long-term private practice and is committed to staying current with and incorporating new evidence-based treatments. The ideal candidates will have competence in CBT (or ACT), trauma-informed therapies, family systems therapy, meditation/mindfulness and/or other forms of integrative therapies. Inclusion on insurance panels, attention to administrative details (paperwork/charting, phone calls) and good interpersonal skills will be considered excellent assets. Come grow with us!
