Charisma Mabry

Charisma Mabry is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapeutic counseling services for children to older adults. She obtained her masters in Social Work from Governors State University.

During her career, she has experience working with a variety of therapeutic interventions: CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy.

Charisma has experience working in a variety of different settings (Schools, Special Education Cooperative, residential mental health facility, and Hospice.

Charisma’s clinical focus is assisting individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, stress, improving self-care, grief, single parenting, and navigating motherhood. She has a special interest in working with older adults, perinatal populations (pre-conception, postpartum), and geriatric individuals.

Charisma believes in the philosophy that “Everyone needs someone to talk to”. Her sessions are focused on establishing open communication, providing a safe space for clients to express themselves, and building a strong therapist & client-based relationship.
